Terms of Service

Ring-a-Ding provides outbound AI phone calling via OpenClaw and the Model Context Protocol (MCP). By using Ring-a-Ding, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Ring-a-Ding places outbound phone calls on your behalf using AI agents. Calls are placed from a shared phone number pool. There are no inbound calls or callbacks. Each call has a maximum duration of 30 minutes.

Ring-a-Ding costs $19 per month, billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time. There are no refunds for partial months.

Your API key is shown once when it is created. It is hashed before storage and cannot be recovered. If you lose your key, you can regenerate a new one from your account page (this invalidates the previous key). You are responsible for keeping your API key secure.

Ring-a-Ding requires you to provide your own OpenAI API key. Your key is used for each call and then discarded — Ring-a-Ding does not store it. You are responsible for your own OpenAI usage charges.

Ring-a-Ding is for personal assistant use only — scheduling appointments, making reservations, checking on orders, and similar tasks. The following uses are prohibited:

• Sales calls or marketing
• Robocalling or automated dialing campaigns
• Political calling
• Harassment or threats
• Fraud or impersonation
• Any illegal or deceptive use

Phone numbers are shared across users from a pool and are used for outbound calls only. Recipients cannot call back. Do not represent a Ring-a-Ding number as your personal number.

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, including prohibited use, without refund. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal.

Ring-a-Ding is provided “as is.” We are not liable for call failures, AI behavior, Twilio or OpenAI outages, or any resulting damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior month.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Ring-a-Ding after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
